Are musicians artists?

i believe that musicians are artists because if you give any artist their medium no matter what it is they can make it extremely beautiful. for example beyonce she makes beautiful music and vincent van gogh makes beautiful paintings. they are both artists just with different outputs and mediums.

My Choice?

If i could choose an art field to go into id probaly choose CGI in movies or tv shows. This seems the most interesting to me and the most fun. Because im better at using at computers than i am at drawing. Which im not great at either. But i think the biggest reason id choose CGI is because of the film Avatar. it was simply amazing to see what computer programs can do now a days.

Artistry in Today's Time

Todays Discussion is that of is there still a need for Artists such as painters, sculpturers, cartoonists, etc. in todays time?

I believe that we do because even though of technologys such as computers with programs such as photoshop or illustrator. Because i belive that you cant recreate the beauty that comes in free form hand writing or drawing. Sometimes in art being a little rough around the edges is more of an art than that of complete perfect artistry and CGI.

Its not the soundess argument but it makes sense to me, not saying i discredit masters of the photoshop and illustrator such as Jeffrey Givens and his apprentice Sean Sauderling. Its just a matter of my opinion.

Just another day in the neighborhood

Today is the due date of our box design which mine so happens to be FrankenBerry Cereal so i wont have much to say today. Other than ill talk more tomorrow and show you the finished product, maybe. Oh and Chris is working on BooBerry and Luke is doing Count Chocula

Friday and Monday Two-fer

Storytime begins now; i was absent on Friday because i left for Lexington early in the morn. It was an excellent adventure to the campus of UK. Which is my future college, which i will major in Biology. It was called the Merit Scholar weekend and out of the new 5000 freshman the top 800 were chosen. Which includes ME. Thats right you never would of guessed that little ol' me could be such a genious. I basically did nothing there though, just took a calculus placement exam and a spanish placement exam which to both of them i didnt do very well. But that is beside the point. Im officially going to college and im very excite. Gooday to you sir.

Today is the greatest

Today is the beginning of a new era. The blog will be happening everyday. Today we will talk about the new pokemon games that have just come out. they are call HeartGold and SoulSilver
it is the remake of the 1999 versions of gold and silver. they are have been called the best of the pokemon game series. they have 16 badges instead of the normal 8. I havent bought it yet but im so excited to get it. I told my girlfriend alex to buy it for me but she just called me a child and hung up on me. Itll cost me about thirty-five dollars, which sucks. Ill get back to ya if i actually buy the game. Brace for epicness.

Super Duper Wednesday

So tomorrow is Wednesday and is the Lady Colonels Sweet 16 debut, the are playing some team from Louisville and it will be a very tough game and good luck to them.
But the more important part of this blog is that of I and many more of my peers will not be in school. The school has decided to make it an excusable absence. BAD IDEA. My guesstimate is that there will be about 500 kids in school tomorrow. And because of all these absences it may be pretty fun but i wont be here. ill be taking advantage of this and ill be hanging out with chris and luke most of the day. It will be most epic.

When i come back thursday i may be a completely different man. Lets hope so

Alright all you devout followers which is all of loni and chris, so you are my best good friends now. but luke is standing right behind me so for his sake im saying hes my best good friend too.

but this weekend was kind of plain ol same ol.
i hung out with the lady friend, we went and had a birthday dinner with my family to celebrate my fathers birthday.
then sunday i went to the gym and then went to the nasty ass goodwill. we dropped off a bunch of her clothes and shoes and then she made me buy something. which involved a north face shirt. but other than that

Today is a dark day indeed, me and Luke are left to our own devices. Chris, Loni, and Givens are all AWOL today. We dont know what to do with our spare time but i believe Luke is breaking from the herd. Im about to become a one man wolf pack. Im so afraid. I believe hes falling in love with someone. The Crazies

So this has been a pretty eventful weekend, ill just give you the run through

Friday- I had to work which is pretty boring, but then i decided to go see a new movie which was recieving alot of buzz called The Crazies. *SPOILER ALERT* It is about a small town where one by one more and more town folk start to act strangly. No one really knows what is going on until they find that an airplane has crashed into the swamped area and has a biological weapon on it that is supposed to bring down small groups or towns. *SPOILER END* Even though it sounds like your normal pandemic/outbreak /zombie movie such as Dawn of the Dead or 28 Days/Weeks Later which even though those are great films. This film was much scarier and had me on the edge of my seat the whole duration of the movie. Also i was lucky enough to run into my friend Chris Tolch and Garrett Tande at the movie theater.

Saturday- I worked again but then that night i went to Boney Junes with my friend Tanner but i was there to meet my girlfriend (Alex) and some of here friends. Even though the show was mainly about Breathe Carolina in my honest opinion they werent nearly as good as Hypercrush. A band that focuses on a techno, rock, pop, sound. They did an amazing job at getting the crowd hype and had an awesome light show as well.

Sunday- I went to the gym with Alex and laid around at her house and enjoyed my day off with her.

Been Long Time Comin'

Alright so its been awhile Mr. Blogger but even more has happened. Well most importantely my birthday was the 27th and i am now legally a man. i dont really act mature but its whatever. secondly which is far more hilarious on the hilarity meter is that of me punching luke right in the jeans. he went down and we all laughed, especially soderling.

um i went to the hookah bar last night and that was pretty cool with the indian owner and all. it was called Charazad and at this place you point a cylindrical hose in your mouth and suck on it (no homo) and it was very fruity flavored cause we smoked out of an apple. umm other than that i got nothing and these two random girls watched me type this the whole time. and they are laughing and their names are michelle and allison and they are super cool.

Here We Go Again

Today I gave my Blog site a makeover, i tried to make it look a little better which im pretty sure i failed horriibly. Today I want to talk about music, since it is one of my favorite subjects to converse about. (which is convienently located in the about me section) But thats besides the point that i want to know your favorite genre of music, favorite band, favorite song, or anything music related!

I'll go ahead and answer these questions by saying that here lately my favorite bands, or the ones i've been listening to alot, are Enter Shikari and Kings of Leon.

Rorschach's Journal; Day One

So as the sun slowly rises over the horizon, I open my glorious eyes upon the world. As I wake I go to my perch that I've been to so many times before, and I take flight because I am a falcon. Pretty strange that a falcon is blogging, eh? My wings spread wide with the cool morning breeze keeping from plunging to the ground.

In all serious this is my first blog and I had no idea how to start it, so I figured why not be a falcon?
